1. Fulfillment Responsibility
All products are manufactured, packed, and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider. Avyera Nutrition does not physically handle or ship products.
2. Processing Time
- Orders typically enter fulfillment within 2–5 business days
- Processing time excludes shipping transit time
- Processing timelines are estimates, not guarantees
3. Shipping Destinations
- Orders ship only to destinations supported by our fulfillment partner
- Shipping availability may change without notice due to regulatory, carrier, or customs restrictions
Orders that cannot be legally or logistically shipped may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Tracking numbers are issued once orders ship
- Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed
- Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
5. International Shipping Terms
For international orders:
Customers assume full responsibility for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:
- Customs delays
- Rejected or seized shipments
- Regulatory non-compliance
6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:
- Responsibility transfers entirely to the customer
- Avyera Nutrition does not issue refunds or replacements
- Claims must be pursued with the carrier or local authorities
Packages Lost in Transit
If tracking does not confirm delivery:
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update
- We may assist with a carrier investigation
- Any resolution is determined solely at our discretion based on investigation results
