Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health regulations, all sales are subject to the following strict return and refund terms.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
- Return request submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
- Return authorization has been issued by Avyera Nutrition
- Failure to meet any condition voids return eligibility.
2. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
- Opened, used, or tampered supplements
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
- Orders marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen
- Orders delayed, rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities
- Free, promotional, or bonus items
No exceptions.
3. Return Authorization Requirement
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused or discarded without refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs
- Prepaid return labels are not provided
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Avyera Nutrition assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Products that fail inspection due to being opened, used, tampered with, damaged, or returned in non‑resalable condition permanently void refund eligibility and may be refused or discarded without compensation or return to the customer.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins
- Once an order enters production or fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible
- This policy strictly follows the operational rules of our fulfillment partner
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us at support@avyeranutrition.com before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback:
- May limit our ability to issue a refund
- May result in order or account restrictions
- Will result in relevant order, tracking, and policy information being submitted to the payment processor
Initiating a chargeback transfers the dispute to the payment processor and may prevent us from issuing any refund directly. Once a chargeback is filed, refund eligibility is void and the matter will be handled by the payment processor. Relevant order, tracking, and policy information will be submitted as part of the dispute process.
